Japanese leek (naga negi - 長ネギ)

Naga Negi (long onion) is a classic Japanese vegetable that is similar, but still different from leeks or spring onion. It is used as a condiment and garnish as well as a fully-fledged vegetable. It's eaten raw or cooked.
