Gohei mochi (gohei mochi)
Gohei Mochi is a type of rice cake made of mashed rice, grilled and flavoured with miso paste. It is served on a bamboo stick a bit like an ice cream bar. It's a street food specialty from the prefectures of Nagano, Aichi and Gifu.
