Hakubudo Tankaru Saburo Shop is located in Takaoka, a metalworking town in Hokuriku Toyama. Takaoka is a copper town with a history of 400 years since the Edo period, producing various copper castings such as flower vases, tea bowls, buddhist ware and decorative hardware. Production methods and processing techniques have been developed for a wide range of materials such as iron, aluminum and tin.
