Apples (ringo - りんご or 林檎)

Japanese don't usually cook apples. They appreciate crunchy, juicy and very sweet varieties. Japanese apples are often very big. Some have a center dark yellow and sweet like honey. One of the most famous Japanese apple is called Fuji. A perfect apple can be sold more than 10$ !
